Inspired by true events, The Vanishing Elephant follows Jenny, a young elephant born in Bengal, India. Her life is forever changed when she is captured and taken to America to join a circus. Along the way, she forms a deep bond with a boy named Opu, a friendship that withstands time, distance, and adversity. Decades later, an unexpected encounter with the legendary magician Harry Houdini brings Jenny and Opu together again in a moment of theatrical magic that captivates audiences of all ages.

Premiering in New York City in 2023, The Vanishing Elephant was named a Critic’s Pick by The New York Times, which praised its dazzling spectacle and thought-provoking message on animal and human rights.
