With “nimble fingers,” (Classic FM) double bassist Lauren Pierce is a “once-in-a-generation” instrumentalist who became the youngest member in the South Carolina Philharmonic in 2008. Since then, she has worked with prestigious orchestras like the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Austin Symphony, the Austin Lyric Opera, and the Dallas Chamber Orchestra. Pierce has garnered an extensive international following through her performance videos on YouTube, and has been featured in major publications and podcasts, including Classic FM, The Entrepreneurial Musician, and Contrabass Conversations.  www.laurenpiercebass.com
